We collect information you provide directly, information created as you use Vendora, and limited technical information collected automatically to keep the service secure and reliable.

This includes account details, business information, content you upload, information exchanged with customers through your shop, and basic technical data such as browser and device information.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain your Vendora account and dashboard
• Power your public shop and connect you with customers
• Send the notifications you've chosen to receive
• Process subscription billing through our payment provider
• Protect the security of accounts and prevent abuse
• Improve and maintain Vendora over time

We do not sell your personal information.

When you create a Vendora account, we collect the email address or phone number you sign up with, along with your verification status. If you sign up with email and a password, your password is never stored in readable form — it is protected using industry-standard hashing by our authentication provider.

Business owners provide information about their business, including business name, description, category, contact details, address, and operating hours. Once your shop is published, this information is displayed publicly on your storefront, since it is meant to help customers find and reach you.

Content you upload — your Business Identity image, cover photo, and product or service photos — is stored securely and displayed wherever you choose to show it: your dashboard, your public shop, and your QR code. Replacing an image removes the previous version from storage.

All subscription payments are processed securely through our integrated payment provider. Vendora does not collect or store your card number, expiration date, or security code — that information is handled entirely by our payment processor under its own security and privacy standards.

Vendora uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your session while you use the dashboard. We do not currently use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking. If that changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access-controlled data storage, and secure, PCI-compliant payment processing. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account and business information for as long as your account is active. If you permanently delete your account from Settings, your business and its associated data are removed. We may retain limited information where required by law or for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention.

You can access and update most of your information directly from your dashboard, including your Business Profile and account settings. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information under applicable law — contact us to exercise them.

Vendora relies on trusted third-party providers to operate the platform, including infrastructure providers for authentication, data storage, and file hosting, and a payment processor for subscription billing. These providers process information on our behalf under their own privacy and security practices.

Vendora is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as Vendora evolves. If we make material changes, we will let you know through the app or by other reasonable means. Continuing to use Vendora after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
