Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of Vendora.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or otherwise using Vendora, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Vendora.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use Vendora. If you create a business account on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to act for that business and to agree to these terms on its behalf.
User Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate information when you create your account, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Business Responsibilities
As a business owner using Vendora, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of your business information and the products or services you list, for fulfilling orders and communicating with your customers, and for complying with any laws or regulations that apply to your business and industry.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Vendora to:
- List or promote anything illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive
- Infringe on someone else's intellectual property or other rights
- Harass, abuse, or harm customers, other users, or Vendora
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform
- Circumvent any security or access controls
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you upload to Vendora, including your photos, business information, and product or service listings. By uploading content, you grant Vendora a license to host, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate the service — for example, showing it on your public shop, your QR code, and your share links.
Intellectual Property
Vendora's branding, design, software, and platform are owned by Vendora and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of Vendora's intellectual property rights to you.
Subscription and Billing
Vendora Business is offered as a subscription, beginning with a free trial period that does not require a card. Subscription payments, billing cycles, and payment methods are managed securely through our integrated payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method until you cancel. If a payment fails, your business remains active for a short grace period while you update your payment method.
Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior. You may deactivate your business at any time — which temporarily hides your shop while preserving your data — or permanently delete your account from Settings whenever you choose.
Disclaimer
Vendora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vendora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
Changes to the Service
We may add, modify, or discontinue features of Vendora at any time as the platform evolves. Where practical, we will provide reasonable notice of changes that materially affect how you use the service.
Governing Terms
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Vendora regarding your use of the platform. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
